Is my print framable?
Yes! You can have your Canvas Arts print framed from our gallery of frames. To see our frame choices, please . Framing options apply as noted on our order pages.
What's the usual turnaround time before I receive my Canvas Arts photo-to-canvas print?
It usually takes about 10-14 days after we receive your order and payment has been confirmed. We'll ship your canvas print along with your original photograph (if you placed a custom order).
Do you let customers know if you receive their order?
Yes! Order confirmation is done via e-mail.
What about black and white photos or old brown photos?
Most photos are ok. For additional information on the type of photos and/or digital files that can be reproduced, please . Please note than Canvas Arts, Inc. has the right to refuse images that will not produce well due to low resolution, or for any other reason that affects product quality.
Do you have any preservation tips for my new canvas print?
Your Canvas Arts print comes with ultraviolet (UV) non-fading protection. However, the best rule of thumb is to keep your print, as any other piece of artwork, out of direct sunlight and high humidity.
Are original photos returned after my canvas print has been produced?
Yes! We'll ship your Canvas Arts print along with your original photograph. Please note that Canvas Arts, Inc. does not provide a return guarantee on original photos if your shipment is lost in transit to or from Canvas Arts, Inc.
Does Canvas Arts track my order shipment?
We do track the orders that we ship to our customers. Customers ordering online will receive an e-mailed shipment tracking confirmation. For phone or mail-in orders, Canvas Arts will provide shipment tracking information associated upon customer request.
